Description
Trobadors II is an abstract primarily in blue and black with some white. TROBADORS is a book in sheets with eight poems by various authors and illustrated by Clave with 16 original lithographs eight of which are double sheets. All 16 are hand signed and numbered by the artist. Edition no. XXIV/L is a double sheet on Arches vellum rag paper ed. Poligrafa, Barcelona. There are a few creases across the top. Antoni Cave (1913 – 2005) was one of Spain’s most celebrated artists and a prolific print maker. He is also well known for his work as a painter, sculptor, stage designer, and costume designer. Clave has had major shows in museums all over the world and is highly collectable.
