Terms and Conditions

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Orders shipped to British Columbia are also subject to 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
Orders shipped to other Canadian provinces will be charged applicable sales taxes based on the destination.
International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes but may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival.

Shipping costs are calculated after checkout and will be invoiced separately or confirmed via email. Additional charges may apply for international shipping or special packaging requests.

Shipping and Lead Times

Most of our products are made to order or shipped from our curated inventory. Estimated lead times vary by product category:

Fabric and pillows: Made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Art, accessories, and candles: Typically in stock and ship within 5–7 business days.

Standard shipping is via Canada Post. Raw goods such as fabric are shipped folded unless otherwise requested. International orders or special packaging requirements will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and Quality Policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, especially fabrics and pillows, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or flawed.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will evaluate each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Supporting photographs may be requested.

Natural Variation and Material Disclaimer

Slight irregularities in texture, weave, or print are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.
Fabrics are not pre-washed; shrinkage of up to 3% in overall length is considered acceptable.
Some fading may occur over time, especially with exposure to direct sunlight or repeated washing.
Colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. If an exact colour match is important, please request a sample swatch before ordering.

Custom Orders and Availability

Some products are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited runs. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or suggest a suitable alternative.

Custom orders may be subject to additional terms and timelines, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Intellectual Property / Use of Images

All content on this website—including but not limited to product designs, images, graphics, branding, and text—is the intellectual property of Meade Design Group or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Images are for illustrative purposes only. Product appearance may vary slightly in person due to natural variations and differences in screen displays.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meade Design Group shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
